BC Staffing does not guarantee employment, job placement, work hours, wages, or continued assignments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use our Services.

3. Candidate Terms

3.1 No Employment Guarantee
Registering with BC Staffing does not guarantee job placement or assignment.

3.2 Accuracy of Information
Candidates must provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times.

3.3 Background Checks & Screening
Candidates may be subject to background checks, drug testing, or other screenings where legally permitted.

3.4 Assignment Terms
Assignments may be ended at any time by the Client, Candidate, or BC Staffing.

3.5 Independent Conduct
Candidates are responsible for maintaining professional conduct during all assignments.

4. Client Terms

4.1 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe, lawful, and non-discriminatory working conditions.

4.2 Fees & Payments
Clients agree to pay all applicable staffing fees as outlined in their service agreement.

4.3 No Circumvention
Clients may not directly hire or engage BC Staffing candidates without prior written consent.

5. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Candidates are not employees of BC Staffing unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Website Use

Users may not misuse, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

7. Confidentiality

All proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information must remain confidential and protected.

8. Non-Discrimination

BC Staffing is an Equal Opportunity provider and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

BC Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification
